Bespoke Group Pty Ltd trading as Sendi (we, us or Sendi) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This is our overarching privacy policy and explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose personal information across our website, enquiries, customer relationships and services. We may collect your name, business name, contact details, website, order volumes, fulfilment requirements, communications with us, billing and service information, and technical information about how you use our website. We collect information you provide directly, information generated while providing our services, and information from publicly available sources or trusted service providers where permitted by law.
